1911 COLT 1944 With Colt 22 conversion unit
I am selling this for a friend who got this from his grandfather in 1970. He said it hasn't been fired and looks like it hasn't. No touch up. I have more photos for a serious buyer. Gun looks 99% and is tighter than any military 1911 I have picked up. It has a 1952 British release stamp. What is in the photo you get. Holster is 1943 US Graton & Knight. I am not sure about the magazines and two look new and one has an R on the toe. He said everything came together when he got it in 1970. The conversion looks excellent but has a small rub on the right side from laying in the box. It is still 97% and the box is in good shape. It comes with two Colt magazines that look new. He said $3000 + $60 shipping with insurance inside the states. First I will take and a pm. PM me with questions. Both sides look good. There is a small machine mark above the trigger on the 1911 but it was done before the finish was applied.---- I JUST FOUND OUT the conversion was fired on a 38 super.
