Default PLEASE LOCK

Spoken for elsewhere!

Looking to trade my 66-4 for a model 28 or possibly some other N frame. After thinking about it very hard, besides N frames I could also possibly be interested in a gp100 with 3" or 6" barrel or a redhawk with a barrel less than 7.5". Blue or stainless, doesn't matter.

The good:

mechanically perfect. Carries up early on all charge holes wether shot righty or lefty (a struggle for us lefties and s&w).

No push off

Locks up very nicely

The bad:

Some pitting on the left side of the frame under the grip. It's not terrible or anything but it's there. Covered by hogues. With magnas it's slightly visible.

Usual marks and such. Small ding I just noticed on front sight tip of the barrel. Shown in pic 5.

The red front sight is a little odd looking. See pic 5.

I can include 3 grips/stocks. 2 hogue (round and round to square), and round magnas. The magnas are good shooter grade and not original to the gun.

The pics represent the gun very well. It's clean and looks like it's seen mostly 38's. Forcing cone is in really nice shape and I've shot only lead hand loads (mild 38 loads in 357 cases). I've never personally shot a full magnum out of it.

What I'm looking for:

N frame such as a 28. 4-6" barrel. 3" or 6" gp100, or less than 7.5" redhawk. Shooter grade. My gun functions perfectly and I'd like the same. Please check for push off and I'd also request you check for carry up with your LEFT hand on all charge holes. Not looking for any safe queens. Looking for similar condition for an even swap.

Can check my feedback on here or I can supply my eBay handle to check up on me there. I'll ship from my FFL (usually Weekends). Thanks!

Up top!

Maybe someone can entice me with a ruger "six" in 357?

Trying to fill some voids in my collection and move "repeats".
