This is a special pistol that I am selling to raise funds for something else. This is a 3914 DAO made for the NYPD off duty which has re-strike capability that other DAO S&W's do not have. The pistol is very clean and comes with original numbered box and 2- 8rd mags with finger rest. It also has the original paperwork from the NYPD officer who purchased it. I bought a pair of Crimson trace LG-359 laser grips and had a forum member here (Hill Country) modify them to fit the pistol. He is not doing this mod on the single stack 9mm (or any others) any longer so both the pistol and laser grips are rare. Doing a search on the forum showed Hill Country sold a pair in 2013 for $375 for the modded grips alone. Original grips are included. I also painted the white dot sights to pick up targets faster.
