Has Mirror sights A plumb finish on the frame.
Some bluing loss, mostly by the muzzle

I do not know much about Rugers but have had this gun to the range a few times and it functions great. Just not my cup of tea.
The Custom sights are really nice and made it an impulse buy for me.
