SPF to jjbrewst1 - I acquired this a little while ago and decided since I dont want to carry it out riding my horse and ruin any value on it, i've decided to sell it.
It is a 1982 manufacture S&W model 19-5 6" nickel and I believe to be unfired since the factory, I bought it from the daughter of the original owner and she claimed it to be unfired, I see 3 distinct chamber rings on the gun which I can only assume is from the factory, the other 3 dont appear to have any chamber rings from being fired but i do see some discoloration so I can't be certain. The crown shows no indication and there is no copper in the bore. The revolver has a turn ring and some handling marks as I assume it was handled throughout its life, the box is worn around the edges but has the manual and is matched to gun with the serial number. The finish has some micro scratches in the nickel, but nothing some flitz wouldnt clean up, I just wont touch it from the condition I received it in.
Asking 700$
Shipping will be about 40$ insured to your FFL in the lower 48
I can get the serial number and photos of the matching numbers and any others if you would like, overall a very nice gun.
The first "I'll take it" will be the buyer.
Feel free to PM me with any questions,
Thanks,
Adam
