This is one of my three 1911 style pistols (I have another Kimber and a Springfield). I want to reduce my inventory to fund another project.
This gun started life with a laser grip, hence the designation LG appended to the model number on the box label. But I didn't like the feel of the laser grip so I sold it and replaced it with standard Kimber rubber grips. The magazine follower has been replaced with a Tripp Research version which engages the slide stop more positively. But I will put an original type back in if you would prefer it. The finish is nearly 100%, with a slight surface mark where the slide stop pivots to be reinstalled (see left side photo).The gun functions properly and is very accurate. The night sights are still very bright. The gun was factory assembled in 2014. Price is $700 plus $35 for insured priority mail shipping to your FFL. Payment by US Postal money order.
