This pistol is new in the box and retains 100% of the original blue and the finish on the original checkered walnut grips. The screws appear unturned. It is in the original Bangor Punta blue box with two magazines and all tools including the bushing wrench (all unopened), vapor paper, owner's manual, safety manual, miscellaneous marketing documents that came with, and the original receipt made out to the original owner from whose estate it was purchased.
This immaculate pistol, serial numbered A6317XX, was purchased at Hassett's Gun Supply in Waynesboro, Virginia on March 18, 1982 and was placed and kept in a safe until now. It is in unfired condition. There is no evidence of the slide having been racked since it left the factory. This pistol is a prime example of the 52-2. It is flawless and complete, with no explanations or apologies needed.
