Up for sale is a S&W Model 66 no dash, 4-inch barrel in .357 mag. I purchased this gun used from a local gun shop about 20 years ago. I bought it for my mother and I had a local gunsmith check it out to make sure it was unaltered and reliable prior to giving it to her. The round count is unknown but I'd be surprised if she took it to the range more than twice over the years she had it.

This gun is original and unaltered. The stocks appear to be original to the gun. The finish on this gun is kind of rough, it has some handling marks and a few scratches. The stocks are in great shape, there are two small indentions on the lower side of the right stock and a small area of damage on the bottom of the right stock. This is all shown in the photos. The timing is good. Checking the cylinder for play with the gun is in full lockup there is a small bit of rotational play and a tiny amount of end shake.

This is for just the gun, no box, no paperwork. It will come with a Bore Store gun rug.

Price is $550 for face-to-face deal in Austin, TX or add $35 for shipped and insured FFL to FFL CONUS. I'm willing to drive an hour or so from Austin to meet for a face-to-face deal.
