I have a Winchester model 70 heavy Varmint rifle. The gun has approx 1500 rounds through it. Mostly hornady 75 grain factory ammo and assorted 69 grain ammo. The gun shoots like a dream. This is an entry level precession rifle.

This is a new haven CT gun. a good 20 years old / excellent condition
26 inch SS bbl
223 Remington chamber
1x9 twist
HS precession aluminum beded Kevlar stock
1 inch leupold standard rings
Trigger is factory but very nice
1/2 MOA with targets to prove it.

Full disclosure: the ejector spring needs to be replaced. When the bolt extracts the round the ejector does not always fling it out. It drops like a wet noodle. I never wanted to send it out for fear of the shipper losing the bolt. Then the whole rifle would be useless. I am the original owner and it did it from day one. I thought it was the extractor and I got one from Winchester and replaced it but it still did it. If I can find the extra extractor I will include it.
It has absolutely no problem extracting.
