Default WITHDRAWN - Taurus 617 - the gun S&W should copy - $400 shpd

I'm offering up my 617 for sale for $400 shipped thru Ship My Gun. These guns are from the Tracker series, which offers a truly unique revolver configuration - L frame cylinder in a K frame with a J frame sized grip. Really, the grip is a bit bigger than a J frame, but certainly smaller than a K.

The result is a 28oz 7 shot .357 that can be pocket carried.

It is not cut for them, but 686 Moon Clips fit the gun perfectly, so it could be a great NY reload paired with a 686 snubbie cut for moon clips.

I purchased this one as a factory refurb, and it has been flawless for the 200 or so rounds I've run thru it, mostly .38 SPL. The trigger is not as precise as a Smith, but it's not bad at all. I painted the front sight with orange paint for increased visibility.

Preferred payment is paypal F&F or you pay the 3% extra. Check or money order also ok. First "I'll take it" gets it, please follow up by PM.

Next to a J frame for reference:

Here it is with I believe a Hogue grip that I cut down. It's ugly but a bit smaller. I'll throw it in if I can find it, but like I said it's ugly. This is an older pic, the gun has a bit more of a turn line now.
