Here's a nice example of the big Smith & Wesson Model of 1917 in .45 ACP (or .45 Auto Rim). This is one of the revolvers produced for the contract with the Government of Brazil, and it has the Brazilian crest stamping.
The revolver is a fine shooter, an quite accurate. The condition is typical of a surplus revolver, with wear to the finish, minor scrapes, and a cylinder turn line.
