Haven't fired this 8-shot 627 in years, has a Tasco Optima big dot and stock rear sight. (IPSC setup)
Considering trading for a 9mm L frame S&W. The L frame is now more comfortable for my aging hands than the N frame.
Have plenty of 8 rd clips and about 500 pieces of new 38 Colt brass and new 38 Colt dies that I never tried or used. The 627 only had lead bullets fired through it.
Just as a heads up while taking pictures of the revolver for a potential forum buyer I developed concern with the firing pin bushing (see pic). Probably best for me to contact S&W to determine if it needs to be returned.
Haven't fired it in about 10 years, never fired mag or jacked ammo thru it...all lead ammo. Really did not shoot it a whole lot over the years and only shot an occasional IPSC match when I did.
