Pistol is in excellant condition. Bluing is 95% conservative condition. I am told the sights are of the Baughman Quick draw variant with plain front sight and plain adjustable rear sight. Grips, smaller sized S&W wood grips, are what were on it when I aquired it several years ago.
The Houge grips on it are not included.
