Model 457D I bought from S&W Forum member fotoman12001 in January of 2020.
I bought a extra orig S&W 457 black follower mag for it.
Never fired it, just sitting in my safe since.

For fotomans description & pics hit the search button and put in 457D.
It is exactly as I got it but with extra mag.
