Model 1917 is an early model with GHS inspection stamp.
In beautiful condition no wear on original bluing
With a few light scratches on cylinder and Small chips in bottom of left grip.
Really amazing condition for 103 year military sidearm

Traded no longer available 29-2 target hammer &target trigger with
Presentation grips. circa 1975-76 nickel 8 3/8 barrel
