I am looking to acquire another 1911. It is my belief that I do not own enough yet. My order of preference is 1911's in 9mm, 10mm then 45. All firearms listed are in excellent shape except the Sig which is NIB. I posted these elsewhere but have been offered things other than 1911's or people want mine for wholesale and theirs at retail.

Last is not a gun but in these times it may be a wise investment. 100 grams of 999.9 pure gold. Yes it is 24k, yes it is real and yes I will trade. The value is right at 3k which is cheaper than you can buy it and ship it to your house.

I have a Series '80 9x23 Colt on which John Harrison worked his magic that I would trade for the 100-gram gold bar, providing the bar has an assay card. The Colt has had the following work done to it:

1) Fit a Kart 9x19 barrel, bushing, and FLGR.
2) Fit a bushing for the 9x23 barrel.
3) Full action job with Nowlin hammer, Casull short trigger, S&A grip safety. Trigger is set to 4#.
4) Serrate top and rear of slide at 40 lpi.
5) Fit custom front sight and Heinie Slant-Pro rear. Gun shoots POA/POI with both 115-grain WWB 9x19 and 124-grain 9x23 factory ammo at 50 feet.
6) Clean up Colt front strap, high-grip, and serrate at 20 lpi. Add extended strong-side safety.
7) Open up mag well.
8) Fit Baer MSH and serrate at 20 lpi.
9) Perform carry bevel to entire gun.
10) Matte hard chrome.
11) Fit with black micarta grips.
12) Comes complete with ten magazines and work order in Colt hard case.
