When I saw "WTS Sqeeze Cocker" I instanly thought of an HK P7 then a M40 S&W..
I'd call that a "Lemon Sqeezer" Not sure of the exact name or title..
What caliber is that Revolver??

"Squeeze Cocker" is the nickname given to the P7 Series of Heckler & Koch pistols. The name comes from the fact that you squeeze the grip (which pulls the front strap partially into the grip) to cock them. To decock, you simply lighten your grip a little and the spring-loaded front strap pops back out. The P7M8 was my issued duty pistol the last eight or nine years of my career in the NJSP and I owned a personal P7M8 longer than that, so I'm intimately familiar with the H&K squeeze-cocking process.

The Smith revolver in the photo with the backstrap-mounted grip safety is commonly called a "Lemon Squeezer" as pointed out by HEADKNOCKER.

I knew when I saw the NJ State Trooper designation that you would be familiar with the HK P7M8 XTrooper..
I used to have a fine specimen & sold it when times were hard to generate some capitol, wish I still had it BTW..
I had Horrace Boothe @ Fords HC it & install new Nightsights..
I know we shouldn't post in this thread so this will be my last..Sorry Mods..
For $100 the "Lemon Sqeezer" is very tempting, after a refinish & grips it could be made beautifull..

Default Old gun

That is a .38 Safety Hammerless. It is around 100 years old. I have one that is the Fourth Mod Pinned Sight. Mine was made in 1897. Mike

You might not need a FFL that should be under C&R or even antique.
