Yes and no...in PC Cali, no mail can be delivered on Columbus day by any indigenous people...which shouldn't upset service too much since all my carriers are African American.

Well in Florida I guess it's no mail delivered to indigenous people which I would think is the same in the PRK.
Barb, If I sent it, it is priority  They just don't understand that.

There are a few left.
Actually the real indigenous people in my area were the Calusa Indians who ruled some 2,000 yrs ago(or even longer)
And we all know what happened with the Indians

I had no trash pick up today, so I guess my city government is celebrating Columbus Day. Now I gotta go get my trash off the sidewalk.
