I left out three Hawkens, two New Englanders, a Knight Disc rifle, 10 gauge Pedersoli double and three 1860 Armys, oh, and a couple of percussion Wesson target pistols.
I forgot about a flintlock pistol on the wall, and a .50cal cannon I have too.

and my Old Armys too,
it works in my Colt and Schofield
but cleanup my 25-5,
for the day I am through.

I enjoy shooting civil war* era revolver replicas with BP or Pyrodex. Big boom, lotsa smoke, and really not that hard to clean. (it just smells bad while you do it)
* Read "War of northern agression" for southern members.

Got the B-P bug the first time I saw my favorite movie , The Outlaw Josey Wales. Got a Colt 'Signature Series' 1860 Army , a Colt 'Blackpowder Series' and Uberti Walkers , and 2 Ruger Old Armys , 1 with factory brass grip frame. And a Lyman .54 cal Great plains rifle.
I love the smell of sulphur on a cold winter day!

Started shooting BP about 1975 and still love the smell of GOEX. I am building my 8th flint rifle now and hope to have it done by spring! If you can master shooting a flintlock you can shoot anything, although I still have my
TC percussion Renegade for the rainy days.

Just got back into it after 40 yr vacation away. Building a .45 Flint Lancaster style and .40 Flint lightweight Mountain style rifle this winter. I have a couple of other barrels & misc parts for future projects around.
Picked up a .36 X42" octagon barrel & a .45 x 40" new 'old stock' damascus octagon barrel just this evening along with some parts. They came from Ken Bresien's shop that closed up not too long ago.
Lots to do,,now to find the time.

Just a couple, an 1851 Navy and an 1849 Pocket, both SN dated to 1861. Oh, and a modern T/C Hawken rifle.

I run a couple of third gen Colt cap and ball's now and again. Still have a bunch of BP 12ga left over from my CASS days.

I have a Uberti 1860 Army and a Navy revolver too, plus a T/C Hawken in .54 caliber with an extra .45 caliber barrel assy.

Started shooting guns of the War of Northern Aggression back in 1969 and never quit.
I've got a few in the safe, including all three Parker-Hale models-the 1853 rifle musket, the 1858 naval rifle, and the 1861 musketoon.
Even have a couple of originals, like an 1844 dated 1842 Harpers Ferry musket.

I like using black powder pistols. The Colt Army and the Remingtons are the best, I think. The problem is it's a pain in the *** to find anywhere to buy Goex in Illinois anymore.

I love traditional muzzleloading arms, especially caplock rifles. I have several, most are in 54 caliber. I use real BP, none of that substitute stuff for me. I also shoot PRBs. Yeah, I'm an old guy...

This is an italian 1860 Colt repro that's now a .44 Special black powder only gun. Gun is restamped all over with Colt markings. It's very accurate. 23 grains of black powder behind a 215 grain lead bullet. Barrel is relined .429, I think. Sometimes I use cornmeal as filler to compress the powder and it smells like a bakery when you shoot it that way.

I have been shooting muzzleloaders since I was around 15 and that was 40 years ago. I have had many caplock and flintlock rifles and even a matchlock musket. I have done lots of hunting with ML rifles and shotguns. I have had and shoot all kinds of ML single shot pistols and revolvers. I have been participating in rendezvous for the past 25 years...How's that?
