Walther Model 8 .25 ACP
I picked up this little Model 8 last night, it belonged to a former Investigator who kept it as a backup. The grips were completely useless haveing appeared to have been warped so I scrapped them. I have the mounting hardware and a replacement set on the way. Still all in all not bad for $100-

An original M8 magazine is worth that!
Very nice purchase. One of the nicest 25's around I think though it certainly doesn't qualify for the smallest.
Those caliber ID disc/grip screws really make the pistol look nice. Great that they were able to be saved.
I only ever had one of these and a Model 7 at the same time. Both are very comfortable pistols to carry and fire
