How accurate is SW with back order estimates?. Ordered a new barrel and was told 4-6 weeks. 7" for a 22A. I was ok with that then but now a week later I'm hoping for faster time frame.

So far I'm not too impressed. About a week before christmas I ordered 15 sheets of the paper they put around the handguns when they go into the case. I was told they wouldn't ship until after New Year's because of the holidays. Two weeks later I rec'd a post card saying the paper was back ordered. When I called to check on the order 3 weeks ago I was told I'd have it in two weeks.

They're still making and shipping guns wrapped in this paper, you'd think they could find 15 sheets somewhere to fill my order with!
