Default Any Good And Uncomplicated DVD Burning Software Out There?

I'd like to be able to burn DVDs to my hard drive. Anyone know of any free programs out there that are free and work well without too much complication?

I'm an old fart and like easy and free!

Burning is putting it on a blank disc...do want to just put them on your drive to watch later on your computer or make a DVD copy? If you google free dvd burning you will find a lot...not sure what works or doesn't as I have Nero which came with my Dell...works pretty well if you can find a copy..

If you're talking about "ripping" DVDs from a disk to you hard drive, I don't have a suggestion.

If you're talking about burning a video file to a DVD as an actual DVD with menus, etc., I highly recommend ConvertXtoDVD. It's one of the best programs I've ever bought and is constantly updated. It's not free, but not terribly expensive either. And believe it or not, it's French.

Yes, I just wanted to be able to put a DVD movie into my computer so I could watch it at a later date.
