Just purchased a new Ruger Bisley Blackhawk. Here is a link,

I know Ruger used to make Super Blackhawk in .44 Magnum with a .44-40 cylinder. I am just wondering if anyone here has one and how it shoots? I know the .44-40 uses a slightly smaller diameter bullet. But I have never seen anything on how these guns shoot.
I was thinking that if it works alright, I might check with Ruger and see if they could make me a .44-40 cylinder for my new revolver.
I don't have any .44-40s but have been toying with buying an 1873 Winchester replica. I think it would match up well with my Blackhawk.
This was purely an impulse buy. Another dealer had told me he had just gotten one, but was keeping it for himself. He said he had tried to get 2 but they would only let him have one. I had resisted buying one of the .44 Special Blackhawks but when I saw the Bisley, I had to do it.
