You have a combo tool for the '03 Springfield. As your example does not have the contract or part number stamped on it you may have a WW1 era example. But that is just a guess.

Model 1903 Springfield tool.
Reproductions are available for around $25. I can't tell from the photo if yours is real, but obviously real is worth more.
