Question Can anyone ID these large target grips(stocks)?

These fit a a K frame square butt. They look a bit odd off the gun but give the most secure one hand grip I have ever felt. Even a cut out for the mainspring strain screw

Could they be S&W ???

Thanks.

I believe those were made by Sile.

Look like early Sile. Later ones used poorer wood and varnish stain and looked chintzy. Checkering was more even though. Basically a cheap imitation of similar stocks made by Herretts and others on a custom basis.

Interesting, but not worth much. I wouldn't give over $15. They are still available, I believe, for something around $40. Google Sile Grips.

Thanks. They must be "rare" as not to many hits on Google for this style/size.
Glad I didn't pay for them.
