Your phone book can put you in touch with local Postal Inspectors and the nearest FBI field office. You can also contact your local post master with concerns regarding postal fraud, theft, what not and ask to speak to the Postal Inspectors.

I have a nephew who is a postal inspector in Texas, but I don't want to list particulars on the internet.
