Buy the Luminox. You will NOT be disappointed! I have this one and couldn't be more pleased. BTW,they can be found on line for MUCH less!

I've had a S&W watch for five years, it keeps fine time. The only problem is that after three years the stem would no longer lock down.

I have had a SW tritium for several years, and when brand new, a watch with plain white hands were easier to see in the dark. It was a piece of ****. They use tritium tubes that are rejected by the better brands.
Take everyone's advice and get a Luminox or if you have the bucks, get a Ball. I've been happy with Luminox.

Another vote for the Luminox. I bought a very plain one on sale at Cabela's a few years ago for $70 and really like it. When I'm rich and famous, I'll buy a Ball Engineer Hydrocarbon Spacemaster!

I have one; it's been to Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait and other parts of the world. It is on its second crystal and needs a third one and third watch band and it keeps on ticking and keeps pretty good time.
I found the forum as I am looking purchase a new one.
