Default "Some images are graphic in nature..."

I'm watching "WWII in HD" while getting ready to go buy some more holster making materials. Gary Sinise announces before each segment, "Some images are graphic in nature."

Aren't ALL images "graphic" in nature"? They certainly aren't tactile on the TV, and without the help of LSD, I'm not likely to taste, hear or smell them.

I'm sure he didn't write the script, and a good show anyway.

Great Observation;
I once accompanied my wife to MOMA, one of the featured “artists” painted flat grey squares on the walls which were the same texture and nearly the same color as the wall.
While this guy was referred to as a “graphic” artist, his “art” comes as close to non-graphic as I can imagine.
Graphic;
1; of or relating to visual art.
2: giving vividly explicit detail.
The MSM’s current definition seems to be; shows death and destruction or perhaps blood.

Question; What would you do with a TV set if there were no graphics?
