Default Couple of oldies but goodies

Here are a couple of 38 specials that are favorites of mine,of course the smith 10-5 6 inch is so fun because of the cost of reloading. The other is a Police positive 38 spl I have not fired.. I'm sure not going to go near any hot 38 rounds with that one. The cylinders look so close together for a 6 shot 38. I'm sure it won't handle it. The serial puts it at 1922 so it's about 88 years old. Can anybody tell me any info on that colt

I wouldn't shoot the COlt just because it is so pretty-but I see no reason why it wouldn't be safe with +P .38's given the .38 loads of that time. BTW what kind of finish is on that Model 10?? I like it.

Default It's a grey gun metal parkerized

I think it came out pretty good, I had some rust finger prints from not wiping it down. And now I don't have to worry about it at all. It goes well with the Original smith holster. I sealed it with eco super sheen and brought the color of the leather out. Makes a great trail gun.
