I have a few holsters, and most are for a 1 1/2 belt. I have several belts and they are also 1 1/2 inch.
I bought a belt at a gun show not too long ago and decided to try it out. It is nylon belt made by uncle mikes. It fits me great.
The problem is, it is a 1 3/4 inch belt. It will not work with most of my holsters.
I was wondering if i can trim this belt down to 1 1/2 and not ruin it.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Nylon belts can't be cut down very well. It is a mess after words if you can. I suggest you find a Uncle Mikes belt that is 1 1/2 in width. If you look on ebay or even here on in Classifieds you may find one at a very good price.

This one looks like it would be hard to cut down.
