What gun are you buying now???
I just put some money on a like new Winchester XTR, factory bull barrel, 243. Priced right at $475. My guy takes $100 every two weeks. Made me think, "wonder what the rest of the forum folks are buying right now". So tell me, what are you buying??

I have nothing in the pipe at this time. The better half has a Marlin 1894 .357 and a Marlin 336 SC .35.

I just completed a deal for a CZ 550 American in 6.5X55 Swedish. It is a caliber that I have always been fascinated by and finally got my hands on. I took it to the range Thursday and shot a three round cloverleaf that measured less then 1/2 inch at 100 yards. Now I am waiting for dies and such to start loading for it.

I just today picked up a Charles Daly (CZ) short action Mauser in 308 with a Burris 3-9 x 40 Full Field II Ballistic Plex reticle scope and black plastic stock (Butler Creek). Seller wanted $400 for the rifle/scope. Unfired NIB with papers. I offered $350 as he needed the cash more than I need another rifle. We settled at $375.

I bought a Chiappa 1911-22 Target Model a little over a week ago.
It`s not a Kimber Rimfire by any means, but for the $300 price tag, it`s a pretty good little plinker. Much better sights and trigger than the standard model and only about $20 higher than the standard model.
So far I`m very pleased with it. It`s not a real 1911 design on the inside, but it looks and feels like one except that it is slightly lighter weight. (maybe 4 or 5 ounces)
Costs no more than a good 22 conversion kit for a 1911. Finish is kind of an ugly glock black.
It doesn`t like standard velocity ammo, but eats everything else I`ve fed it so far without any problems.

My last two purchases were, a second production run Inland M1A1 carbine and most recently a Third Model 44 Special 5in. Hand Ejector {Wolf & Klar}. Now I'm in recovery mode for a good while.

I just swapped a 3" 625 for a 8 3/8" 25. Both were in 45 Colt. Next I want to trade off a 44 Mag Redhawk for a big bore Marlin.

I'm saving my pennies to buy a French Fusil de Chasse in 20 bore. Might be the last flintlock I add to my arsenal.

I just got a CZ 453 - .22LR, single set trigger - as a gift from my wife. I've always wanted a quality .22 bolt rifle. Having lots of fun scoping it and drilling small accurate holes at long ranges. The next gun I'll buy, I hope, is an old S&W N frame from the 1930's, either a 38-44HD or a 44spl or 357.

Trying to get the funds for a leveraction rifle in .44-40.
Have a few pistols for sale but no one is buying
It's a lot harder to sell here in Sweden than in USA.

Recently bought a 1911 Commander.
I'm seriously considering trading a 3913 and/or 686 for either a 29 or 629 4"...
Retirement considerably reduced my ability to afford the stuff I WANT - And I really miss the 44 Magnum. Wish I'd kept mine!

Still stuck in time back before WW2. I will be picking up another prewar Kit Gun in a couple of weeks, and then there is a nearly new 1905/Fourth target model waiting in the wings. That'll take me through the next couple of months unless an appealing and unforeseen opportunity presents itself.

My nib Sig Nightron Rail 1911 came in Wednesday. Fit, finish, trigger, lockup, balance and feel are outstanding. Can't wait to shoot it.
Thursday I ordered a nib 442 no infernal lock. She's gonna be my pocket carry piece.
This morning I began the process of buying a nib 629 8 3/8". It will be my main deer hunting gun this year if the
deal goes according to plan.
I may have 3 more guns in me for 2010:
Marlin Guide Gun in 45/70
686 4"

I'm not currently really in the market for anything new... even though there are a few on my wish list.
I did just pick up a new rifle though.... Marlin model 80.... .22 S,L,LR bolt action. The price was right and I've been wanting a .22 bolt action for a while.

Just got back from the range ringing out a new Kel-Tec PF9. I put 200 rounds of mixed brand 9mm through it without any problems except for a sore hand. The little fellow kicks.
Also put about 60 rounds through my next newest, a Ruger SR-556.
Now I'm broke so an old-pre war Smith will probably surface and tempt the hell out of me.

I just picked up the 3rd Model 4040PD in my collection and will be picking up one of the Husqvarna produced, but S&W branded 243 bolt action rifles on Tuesday. I will be broke for a while after that but I'm sure something will come up.

None for a bit...
More powder and lead are on the agenda!
I'm saving my coins for that, or when someone needs to sell some of that ammo they stored for cheap.

I'll probably get the next S&W M 52 I see at a gun show. Still would like a Navy marked Victory and a really accurate 22 single shot pistol like a Hammerli, but both are pretty sarce.

I just purchased a Winchester Pre-64 Model 70 in .300 Winchester Magnum, the seller claims 99% original blue and varnish. I have not taken delivery yet on this, it is still in transit.
I also have a brand new U.S. Firearms Ainsworth Pre-War model coming at some point in the near future.

I've got "pieces and parts" coming. I've got a cheek riser for this Daewoo. I want to replace the optic with a Vortex SPARC mini red dot.
My next big purchase will either be a new safe or a HK P30 LEM.

Last night I bought a M&P hand ejector 38 Special, nickel with a 5" barrel. It looked pretty good; about 80%, with the grips worn nearly smooth. I didn't need it, but I hated to pass it up for $200. I haven't been seeing many for sale lately. The action is as smooth as silk.
