Pine Bluffs, WY Show Report
Thought that the Wild West thing might bring in the crowd. Guess there is just too much in town besides the show.
We are well on our way to setting a new record for not doing anything and seeing how little we can take home.
No haggling like in Kissimee, FL, no upset dealers and no offers of
$300 on any gun, Smith or otherwise.
Got to see the local forum folks, ate well last night and tonight. Solt something less than $200, spent $40 for lunch for the visiting crew and Debbie.
Expenses so far are going to be about $400 for the weekend, so unless something breaks tomorrow we are going to be in the hole big time and we will set a new "All Time Worst Show Record".
We sincerely hope that everybody else has a better weekend.

Show Wrapup.
Got razzed all weekend about my new image, had fun with some very good folks. Ate well at the local beef bistro.
We did not set a new all time record for WY. That happened in March of 2008 when Hillary and Obama came to town for the Cacus in Casper.
This one scored 3rd worst on the scale. Total paid gate was only 410.
Helped Iggy find an old Mod 14. Didn't find any treasures for me, but I have to pay for a new old Kit Gun in the AM.
Hope everybody had a great weekend and the A/C worked for you...we didn't have any at the show with 95 outside.
Have some good news about Grand daughter Abbey that I will share with everybody as soon as I get a good night's sleep and have a clear head.

I'll leave that to Thom to reveal as his nerves get better and he summons up the courage to get a picture took.
I will tell you that he made a wonderful donation and he looks the better for it.
The news about Abbey is just great too.
It may have been a poor weekend, but the news makes up for it.

I spent a week in Pine Bluffs one night. But the steak at the place across from what they call a truck stop was pretty good. Maybe I need to happen by on a show weekend.
