Went to Springfield today for the ARCA 100 on the one mile dirt track. It is fun to watch the 3400 pound stockers go around at over 100mph on dirt. James Hylton was the oldest qualifier at 76. He ran a pretty good race.

Hylton very nearly qualified for the Daytona 500 a couple years ago - if they didn't have the guaranteed starting spots, champions provisionals, etc. he would have been in.

David Pearson is 75 and he could climb in a car right now wearing a sport shirt and loafers and beat any of today's Sprint Cup regulars with the possible exception of Tony Stewart and Kyle Busch. The Silver Fox can still git 'r done!
