Some white paint will help finding the sight but you're out luck for follow up shots since the goggles don't allow correct check rest. I tried a night vision scope on my friends rifle last deer season and was impressed.

We had laser pointers on our M4s that we could use, but it was a real pain to correctly zero them, and then it was easy to bump them, especially getting in and out of armored HMMWVs. A better solution for night ops was loading tracers one every three or four rounds.

You must have picked that info up from some Marines or Army guys, everybody knows the Air Force doesn't go out after dark.

Perhaps there is somebody out there who can do it, but I sure can't. Even if you could contort yourself so you could get behind the rear sight you'd have to crank the focus down so close to see the front sight that everything any distance in front of you would be a blur.
You'd have much better luck using a holo sight and ambient light.
