Default The Perfect Matched Pair Of .44 Specials That Look nothing Alike

Two guns, Different makes, both .44 Special, and both guns from 1983 and both models made only that year. And that nickle cylinder is numbered to that Colt. One of 482 shipped that way.

I'm really not much on Single Action Army's, but that 24-3 is one sweet piece. I hope to be adding this one to my herd soon:

. . .and gracing it with a pair of stocks from Executioner like this:

This piece has been fired, and will not be a safe queen.

I would love to have a 24 but have not found one local. What price range should they be in? Please give a 100 dollar gap. say 500 to 600 or 400 to 500. I'll grab one when I see one but dont know where the price structure is ATPIT. Thanks for any and all responces.

HCD, for a 24-3? $600 to $700 is just a guess. I like .44 specials and have these six.

Wyatt Burp, I like your style! Those are two really neat .44 Specials. It's very interesting that they're from the same year and that nickel plated cylinder on the SAA is stunning!

I too enjoy the .44 Special cartridge and all the guns chambered for it. My two favorites are the S&W 624 and Ruger Blackhawk I had engraved as Skeeter Skelton tributes with 75% coverage American Scroll by Michael Gouse. They feature Skeeter's Bar-T ranch/cattle brand as part of their decoration. I made the presentation case out of an old silverware box.

.44 Specials are special!

I've admired your stuff from way back. I still re re-read those two Skeeter magazines you have there. Here's a couple more. A John Gren .44 Special blackpowder only and a Wolf & Klar. Not to mention the 6 1/2" 24-3. That conversion is one of my favorite shooters. Dirty cleanup and all. My favorite of yours is that short stag handled Colt upper left in that picture!
