Where I live the PO-Lice will make you do the "Electric Dance" if you threaten them, much less slap one. Just makes you wanna quiver all over.

Tazed twice in one day, wow, that was one drunk groom!
That took place about 15 miles form my home, none of my family or buddies involved as far as I could tell.
Someone suggested the groom had a moment of lucidity in his drunken stupor, preffering to spend the honeymoon in jail rather than with his lovely bride.

I still remember the only wedding reception I have ever been to in Louisiana. I was invited to the Saturday evening wedding but was unable to attend because I had to work night shift. Louisiana Joe told me to go ahead and come to the reception when I got off. I explained to him that by the time I got off, changed clothes, and got down there it would be around 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning. He assured me the reception would still be going on.

The reception was held at the home of the bride. When I pulled into the yard looking for a place to park I noticed some guy in a tuxedo asleep in a flower bed. I found what was left of Joe and he directed me to the kitchen/den where I found the somewhat older bride still wearing her wedding dress. Joe told me later on the groom married her for her money. There were a few folks laying around, but most were still in party mode. Some of them were cooking breakfast. You could choose from bacon and eggs or gumbo. I chose Gumbo and Pabst Blue Ribbon. I smelled charcoal burning and noticed they were getting ready to slow cook a pig. My lack of sleep and the beer took it's toll. I woke up on a couch as it got dark. Joe was gone. I ate pulled pork and some more gumbo before I headed home. As I left more people were arriving and the party was starting back up. I stopped for aspirin, water and gas before getting on I-10. The hangover started easing up around Picayune, Ms.

I forget who sent that to me a few weeks ago, I think it was Louisiana Joe and as far as Walton & Johnson go-those guys are hysterical! I listen to them every morning.

Alcohol and law enforcement: now that's a real match, unfortunately.

I hope they were able to get all the dirt and pepper spray out of all the beautiful wedding attire everyone was wearing.

The pepper spray didn't appear to faze anyone; perhaps it was milder than the spice in the chile, gumbo, or whatever.
