Bottom looks like a WW II era 98K variant. Doesn't look German, though. Czech, perhaps?
Top is from musket or rifled musket days. You'll need really good pics of any and ALL marks or dates to get it ID'd, since every country in the world was using virtually the same style at the same time.

The bottom one looks like the one I have for my Yugo M48 mauser (which also fits a K98).
