Santa Claus & S&W
Dear Smith and Wesson Forum. I have a rather odd question for my fellow forum members. If Santa Claus where to carry a S&W Handgun which S&W handgun do you think he would carry? sincerely and respectfully mg357 a proud member of the Smith and Wesson Forum.

What would Santa Carry?
You realize that he has unlimited resources and will have the best. Will he carry a revolver? (nope, too outdated) Then which Semi-Auto will he choose? I do know that if the world reaches a point that Santa has to carry just to make his rounds we have waited too long to accomplish "Change".

But most old guys still choose revolvers because they don't "need" no autos.
Whatever he would choose, I'm sure it would have to be able to put a deer out of it's misery if it breaks a leg.

I'm guessing Santa might forego S&W and go with this from Dillon Aero:
Lightweight M134DT: M134 Gun Systems

He may carry the 21-4 I have ordered. 569 delivered for a new N frame in 44 special. Not a bad price in today's gun world and delivered by Santa.

It would have to be a 3.5" Model 27. It would fit in his huge pockets and be powerful enough for anything he might encounter, AND, if he ever came up short a gift, he could leave the revolver, knowing full well that EVERYONE wants a 3.5" Model 27!!!!!

Either an old 916 pump shotgun or an M&P 15! If it's gotta be a handgun, I'd say that ole St. Nick would be packin a 945. Dale

Santa is still using the Thompson SMG that he got from Al Capone many many years one fine Christmas eve when Scarface Al had been a good boy indeed and kept the people of Chicago in rum and beer for all their holiday cheer. Down the chimney came Saint Nick, only to be riddled with lead, for old Al figured a fat man in a suit was coming to whack him. Just when it was time to give Santa his cement overshoes and dump him in Lake Michigan, awake he came with a merry ho ho for the steel girdle he wore (it's a fetish thing) had stopped the slugs cold. Thus old Al, feeling more merry gave Santa the Tommy and said to be merry.
To this day, whenever a reindeer grows old or the elves try to unionize, rat-a-tat can be heard and written on the stock, crimson in blood, is the simple logo "Santa's Slayer".
And that's the story of Christmastime joy.

.38-44 Heavy Duty 4". At least that's what I would carry if I was Santa Claus.

Sorry guys. Santa keeps a Keltec tucked in his boot. If it's any consolation to ya', his helper packs a S&W 642...

Santa doesn't carry a S&W handgun, he prefers Sako rifles.
I'm surprized you had to ask.
I thought everyone knew he keeps a Vixen strapped to his sleigh!

OMG !
You guy's are still thinking like adult's here !
You need to think like Santa would !
Since he has unlimited resource's he would have the perfect carry set up and the perfect gun for every application that was imposed on him ! so you all very well could be right!

The only S&Ws that Santa carries are the ones in his sack for all the good little forum members. I'm sure he does own one though, it has to be a perfect, early RM, with every possible option and fully engraved. Santa doesn't need a gun on Christmas, the bad guys never see him.

Santa, being of an international persausion as well as a traditonalest carries a Number 3 Russian in 44 Russian. These have never been out production in Santa's Workshop, although with the "Green" movement Ivory, Pearl, and Stag Stocks are no longer options, Silver, Gold inlays, and Jewels are. The Czar Nicolas Model was a cheep copy of the Saint Nicolas Model.
