Default Sandy River flood video

This was shot by a very talented amateur using a small Canon camera that takes some video.
This area of Oregon received over 9 inches of rain this weekend causing this river to overflow its banks and carve a new channel cutting some residents off from any escape. Some homes were lost but no fatalities.
