Default customer service. what is it?

I was forced to take the day off because I have to be here when the propane guy shows up.

been with this company for over 3 years and have never had to call for delivery. they just show up when they see it's getting low. but now they say it's all on a will call basis. they never informed me in a letter or note on the bill. so I wake up this morning with no gas for the range and no hot water. I check the meter on the tank and it's bone dry. I haven't even had the thermostat above 60 all winter, so i have used very little. I'm thankful we are not experiencing temps in the 20's like last week.

but why am I surprised? just 3 months ago I got a bill from a company I had never heard of with an address in georgia. I had to do my own research to determine that my old propane company had been bought out by this new one. again notice of change never sent in a separate letter or note on a bill. just incredible!

thanks for listening to my rant.

This needs to be shared with your new owners. Add to that the fact that you own the tank,[I hope], and are not afraid to go elsewhere with your business.
