R-LTC - Please do a follow-up if the story unfolds more in the local news media.

Did the Wing Zone delivery driver get fired?
I've heard of other employees at different companies getting canned because they violated company policy by having a gun or by resisting rather than submitting to the robber's demands and placing themselves at the miscreant's mercy.

Did the Wing Zone delivery driver get sued by the perp and/or his family?
Fortunately WV's Castle Doctrine laws protects someone exercising their right to defend themselves, their loved ones and their property, but I'm not sure how the KY laws read. (I ought to, I venture into KY occasionally. Got some research to do before my next visit.)

Did the rest of them get caught?

Thanks,
John

If he doesn't make it out of the hospital, who is going to stand in for him when they hand out the "young citizen's award" ? Had to be or will be made to look like a pillar of the community who worked with at risk kids to get them off the street and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, yada, yada, yada.
