Default Birchwood Casey Gunstock Wax

I had a friend LEO who used this wax on the metal of his model 19, made the metal bright and deep shine. Anyone tried this?

Do it all the time,it makes the blue really nice and cleans it as well...alot better than coats of oil that attract dirt over the years.
Take one of your old Smiths out and wax it and look at the towel when you're done. Alot of members here use this technique.
Everyone likes their own type ,brand or flavor.
I use whatever good quality auto wax I have handy and it works great.
