Default Would you trade lc9 for sr9 straight up?

I've got the Shield on order and don't think I'll need two single stack 9's. Would you trade this straight up?

I wouldn't, but I really like my LC9. I put the Crimson Trace laser on it (I like that one better than the one that the factory puts on them) and can carry it in my front pocket in a pocket holster or on an ankle in a Renegade holster.

I'd wait till you get the Shield if you haven't handled one and plan to pocket carry.

They just got one at the new Shootstraight in Clearwater and it is absolutely HUGE compared with the PM9, LC9, a J frame or other small pocket pistol. I could barely force it into my front pocket. The LC9 OTOH, fits fine.

I've handled one and loved it, but I see what your saying. Just not sure if I want to keep two single stacks around.

I abhor the LC9 and would get out of one any day I could. Yes, I've shot the LC9 many times. Yes, the rear sight came loose. Yes, it pinches my trigger finger. Yes, I have serious accuracy issues with it. Yes, it's just not me.

However, I carry the LCP daily and shoot it very well. The LC9 is just not for me. I have fondled a Shield and kick myself to this day for not picking one up, even though they were asking $50 too much. I will have one!
