i'm stumped. It has a bolt like a Mossberg 500, crossbolt safety like a remington, corncob fore-end like an Ithaca !

I'd say a Savage by the shape of the ejection port. Exactly what model I couldn't say. Looks as though it could be a 20 gauge rather than a 12.

If I had to guess I would I would say a pump action shotgun.
