Default S&W Customer Service

Is there something going on at Smith?

I have been trying to get hold of CS for just about a week now.

Emails, voice mail, and holding the line for as much as a half an hour at a time.

Insight?

Bob

Email Kelly Rathman at the following address. She is great and will usually reply promptly. She is one of the best at S&W customer service.

My gunsmith has been having the same problem for several weeks. I called a friend who used to work there and still does some contract work for them. He didn't know what is going on but did say they shut down in August for vacations and/or they might be doing inventory. Not the way I'd run my business.

+1 on the shutdown.

They came back to work at the beginning of last week.
