Just wondering if anyone has ever been to the "Becksterfest" in Amana Iowa? Thought if it was maybe worth the 900 + mile trip it might make a nice spring vacation and would give me a chance to see another part of the country I have never seen. All input welcome.Thanks!!

I have not been to the "Fest" but been to the Amana Colonies many times when I lived in Iowa City.

The food and wood Craftsmanship is outstanding. Don't know if I could handle days of Polka dancing and music though.
