Default Daughter did good

My 30 yr old daughter went on a treasure hunt today and found the treasure. It was open to the public and sponsored by the town. The area where the treasure was hidden covered 64 sq miles. She began looking for the treasure at 10am and found it at 4pm. There were six clues given hourly before she located it.

It was $500 in cash.

I would have bet money that she would not have found it.

In order to really appreciate her winning, one would have to know her. She can tell you anything about what medicines do what. She can give a pretty good diagnosis based on symptoms. Yet she cannot find a street by directions. She gets lost looking for an entire subdivision. She does not know north from south.

Somehow, she followed clues combined with using Google on her phone and came up with the location of the treasure.

I tried to bet a couple of people $500 that she would not find the treasure and they would not take me up on it because they know her.
