Same ole, same ole. A lot of people. Some nice guns, many priced at the high end of the range. The range seems to be moving upward. Some aisles too narrow. I kind of wonder if Roberts center is ever visited by a fire department. I managed to get involved in a number of 15 to 30 minute discussions. DanT ran a tight ship. Logged everyone in and out.
I bought 2 boxes of .32-20 ammo for $20 a box, plus a box of .32s for $10. Felt good about it. Got home and looked at the .32s, there was still a sticker on the box from the last century, $7.29.

Crowded yesterday. Walked with VM and Bamabiker for quite a few rows. Met 410bore also. Talked to Dan and saw him again on Sunday. I always stop and see Joe and Roger. They're a hoot!! Seem to always miss rburg!
I did some tradin and let my engraved M60 go. I stopped and taked to Dave Carroll first and got is opinion on it. I knew nothing about scratched up guns but knew at the price I bought it for, I did good. At least I have some great pics of it.Thanks for the help Dave.
So it was time I let it go. Traded it to a fellow for a Model 24-3 6 1/2" in a presentation case. He got the 60, and I got the 24 and some cash. I was happy.
I went back today to see Joe and Roger. Roger went home so I talked to Joe for a while and scoped out the rest of the show. I came back to Joe's table and there was Kieth Brown. I knew he lived close to my Dad but I have never met him. We talked for a while and found out the the world was much smaller than we thought. That's the short story!!
Had a blast. Hope to see you in November George ...

Didn't miss nothin'!
Hey George
Good thing you stayed home, me an Rog got all the good buys! Sold eveything at double the price! Made more money than I've ever made at a show. Rags didn't take all his money home, he left a little with me on another case! AND, I never lie!
Hope you got all the problems mother nature gave you under control! See you at the IX center!

That was my first and I have to say I was impressed. Got to see and handle a lot of high quality items. Picked up some grips and a N frame Tyler grip adapter. Even got to hold some of Keith Brown's amazing grips...WOW! Met Keith, MJS5678, rags, jcelect, 410bore, and greystonedog really had a good day. I apologize if I left out anyone.
I had to endure 10 hours of VM's driving and talking to get there but it was worth it. (Just kidding buddy)

Big thanks to Dant
Dan, just want to say thank you for letting us hold the meeting at your table on Saturday. I know sometimes you could use knee boots when it really get to flowing.

Good to see all you guys, RBurg, was looking pretty good too, only brought ONE "body guard" this time.........I agree with the majority were there with stuff for sale, and not cheap either, ,seems every other person had something "for sale"...I only sold ONE S&W, all weekend, a 65-3 3-inch...oh well
Maybe see you guys up here in Cleveland,at the I-X Center??
any way, be back in Wilmington come November.................
Yes, someone screwed up with the table layout, some aisles were NOT "aisles"??????

You need to ask Lee about that....
He insists I don't exist, and the fool manning my tables is just the guy they pay to act like me....
