Hi:
While moving things around for painting, I came across a "Pachmayr Gun Works" grip adapter box containing a LN Pachmayr black grip adapter. The box is red with black letters/markings.
On the box end is stamped "Prefected Model .22 single shot-Regulation Police .32-.38-Regulation Police Target .32-Target .32-.38".
What era/age is this.
The box is in fairly good shape.

It can't be earlier than early 1960s. Before that it would have been labeled either Mershon or Fray-Mershon, not Pachmayr. My recollection that was the box used until they discontinued them. These are identical to the S&W and Colt branded grip adapters, Pachmayr, etc. made them all. At least the clamp-on style.
