I've had excellent concealed-carry success with Lobo Gun Leather pancake and enhanced pancake holsters for my 3" J-frame. Ray will custom make them however you want, including with a reinforced opening for re-holstering ease. Here's my early lined pancake:

Safariland on each end and a Bianchi in the middle.
Bianchi 5BH and 5BHL (lined) are also very popular.

A three-inch .32 J-frame? If you simply can't find a holster for it, I'll take it off your hands at no charge, out of the goodness of my big old heart.
Need I say I'm envious?

I got a "Simply Rugged" holster and belt ammo carrier that uses speed strips. I simply love it. Good workmanship, good price, and it gives good protection for the revolver in field conditions. Not meant for IPSC or a "fast draw", but great for general outdoor use.

When I think of a nice working holster for a nice revolver, I think of Lefty Lewis (a member here) and his Bell Charter Oak holster company.
BELL CHARTER OAK CUSTOM HOLSTERS (607) 783-2483
The gun deserves to be carried in something with class, and Lefty's holsters are as nice as any I've bought. They're faster than many other makers and the prices are totally reasonable.
If the gun is a keeper, it warrants a decent holster.
